Complete the registration form and send it with your cheques - 1 cheque for registration and 1 cheque postdated for September 1, 2010 for uniform deposit to BMBA. The uniform deposit cheque will be returned after the uniform has been returned at the end of the season.

Please fill out one registration form for each child being registered. For second and subsequent children please select the "second (or more) player" box. Make all cheques payable to Brookville Minor Baseball Association.

Your registration fee includes diamond time, umpiring fees, the use of a uniform and team equipment, a hat to keep, a team and individual picture as well as a participation trophy.
The individual and team photo will be taken on a specified day. If you miss this day, we do apologize but there will not be a retake day. The player will receive the team picture that was taken that day.

Each team will receive professional baseball training given by Peak Performance Athletics (formerly Frozen Ropes) trainers.
